I created Stretch Your Middle, a free casual stretching group focusing on stretching the mid-body muscles (hips, glutes, hamstrings, lower back, etc…) that get neglected as you go about your 9 to 5.
WHEN: Wednesdays @ 7PM
WHO: Members are encouraged to suggest stretches and routines that they want to do.
WHERE: For Summer 2020, Cal Anderson park in Capitol Hill Seattle will be the default location.
